Launch the Design Space and create a new project. The size of my coaster is 3.75 to 3.75 inches square. However, you can choose any shape you like. To add the shapes, go to the Shapes or images in the left toolbar.

Now, I will want to add some text to my leather coaster. To add the text, go to the Text button. Then, add the texts you want and choose the font style and size as per your choice.

Before you proceed, go to the Linotype (Operation) option given at the top of the toolbar and change the line type from Cut to Engrave or Deboss.

After that, you will be prompted to move the white star wheels to the right side. This is very important if you don’t want to ruin your leather.

Step 4: Place Your Leather on the Cutting Mat

Place your leather material onto your Strong Grip mat and smooth it out.
